Full Exterior Detail Cleaning
Every vehicle is treated to an extensive cleaning regimen, beginning with a comprehensive exterior foam bath and high-pressure rinse. This is succeeded by a meticulous hand wash, rinse, and dry process, guaranteeing the removal of dirt and contaminants, and ensuring the vehicle's exterior is immaculately clean.
Clay Bar Detailing
Subsequent to the washing process, the entire vehicle will undergo a clay bar detailing treatment designed to eliminate any residual contaminants adhering to the paint surface. Utilizing a clay bar enhances the paint's original smoothness, a critical step in ensuring the application of a flawless wrap devoid of any imperfections, bumps, or dust particles.
Vehicle Breakdown
Following the detailing process, the vehicle will be strategically disassembled and stripped to facilitate a tension-free installation and achieve complete color coverage while minimizing the requirement for seams. Only essential components will be removed to maintain the vehicle's original factory fitment.
Deep Cleaning & Prepping
To ensure proper adhesion and minimize lifting, we thoroughly clean and degrease all exterior edges of the vehicle before wrapping.
Each panel is then wiped with isopropyl alcohol to remove oils and grease, followed by Triple S surface prep for optimal adhesion.
Finally, we use a tack cloth to remove any dust before application.
Vehicle Wrap Installation
We measure each panel and precisely cut vinyl to size. Our installation employs tools like knifeless tape for precise cuts without blade contact, facilitating intricate designs. Proper pre-stretch and post-heating are applied to corners for a flawless finish.
Post-Heating
After installation, the entire vehicle undergoes post-heating to 195°F to maximize adhesion and bond strength of the wrap to the surface.
Vehicle Reassembly
The vehicle will be meticulously reassembled to its original condition, with extra care taken to prevent any damage to the wrap during reinstallation.
Final Review and Cleaning
The vehicle will receive a comprehensive inspection to ensure impeccable installation quality. Before client pick-up, a protective spray-on ceramic wax solution will be applied to safeguard the wrap, guaranteeing the highest level of client satisfaction with the outcome.
